Pastor - Steve Fortenberry Married to Nancy since 1989 and the father of two (Sarah & James), Steve is a graduate of Taylor University in Indiana and Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He spent seven years in youth ministry before becoming pastor of Westfield Presbyterian Church in New Castle, PA. Steve became a part of the initial vision for Common Ground in 2002. He enjoys biking, woodworking, and fishing (as one can tell from the photo!).

Program Director - Nancy Fortenberry
Nancy . . . yes, is married to Steve and has been active in church leadership from youth. She graduated Taylor University with degrees in Psychology and Youth Ministry.
Administrative Assistant - Peggy Fisher
Peggy has had several years experience in secretarial work and, along with her husband, Don, is happy to help with the plans for our church family at our new facility. They have enjoyed being involved on this 'journey' with Common Ground. Currently living in Austintown with their children, Emily and Brandon, they have been attending Common Ground since 2003.
Treasurer - Martha Centofanti
Martha is handling the duties of Treasurer. She has twenty years experience in accounting and office technology. Martha and her husband Marc reside in Struthers and have been attending Common Ground since before our official chartering service in November 2005.
Our Leadership Team -
Our church community is not lead by just one person, but by a team of members. This team works together, discussing the vision of our new church community and where the Lord may be leading us. Our current Leadership Team consists of Pastor Steve Fortenberry, Barb Barone, Marney Broderick, Todd Burkey, Marc Centofanti, Bob Fortenberry, Melanie Montgomery, Jennifer Shannon, Frank Snyder and Gordon Wepfer.
